The home’s roof was at the end of its life.

IM Sustainable contracted a trusted local roofing company to replace the home’s roof preceding the solar installation.
OUTCOME
By combining the two construction projects into one, Brad did not have to worry about overseeing the roof replacement and the solar installation separately. The projects were completed one after the other and the logistics of both were coordinated by IM Sustainable.
